Eden Hotels is the first hotel chain of the Netherlands that will make its breakfast buffet more sustainable based on the Dutch Cuisine principles. This morning Eden Hotels' general manager Léon Dijkstra signed an agreement between Hotel Babylon in Den Haag and Dutch Cuisine. This is the first hotel of Eden Hotels where the Dutch Cuisine-breakfast is being served.
Because of this adjusted breakfast buffet the hotel chain is lowering its climate impact. The other twelve Eden Hotels will follow Hotel Babylon this year. With less meat, more vegetables and a focus on local products Dutch Cuisine guarentees a significant reduction of the CO2 emission. The first step towards a better environment starts at Eden Hotels with a more sustainable breakfast.
