How does PayByLink work?
Did you know that since the introduction of the European PSD2 directive, hotels cannot longer charge your credit card? That's why, when you make a reservation that requires a pre-payment, you will receive an email containing a payment link. In this way you can easily make the payment of your reservation before arrival and your reservation at the hotel will be confirmed immediately! We send this payment link through the fully secured payment solution PayByLink.
Oops, too late with making the payment?
Forgot to pay or did the email just slip your attention? No worries, we will automatically send you a new email so you can still pay on time. Only when the payment deadline has passed and we have not received your payment, your reservation will be cancelled.
What are the cancellation conditions?
At our hotels flexible reservations are, indeed, really flexible. If you book the flexible rate, you are even able to cancel your booking free of charge until 4 pm on the day of arrival. In case of a non-refundable reservation it is not possible to get a refund of the reservation fee.
Once the payment has been made, your reservation is guaranteed. For a non-refundable reservation this means that the payment should be done immediately after receiving the payment email or at least before the payment deadline has expired. A flexible reservation requiring advance payment can be paid up to 24 hours before arrival. Your credit card will not be charged.
