Pllek is an open-minded, hip, industrial hangout on the banks of the IJ. Swim, sunbathe, savour feelgood food and dance to live music by the water. Catch the free ferry headed from behind Amsterdam Central and then take a short stroll along the waterfront. Make sure to try their grilled green asparagus and artichoke as everything is locally sourced as possible.
